Position Overview


The Field Remarketing Manager professionally represents the sale of vehicles at auctions nationwide and strives to achieve the highest recovery on the liquidation of assets in order to minimize losses.  The Field Remarketing Rep will liquidate $50-60 million in inventory and 15-17 thousand units per year. Field Remarketing Reps will:

  • Inspect inventory, make recommendations on reconditioning, set vehicle floor prices, review condition reports, and audit auction expenses.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory 50-75% to perform pre/post sale activities including: Monitor flow of vehicles to auction; represent vehicles during sale at auction.
  • Assist management in reducing operating expenses for the transportation and sale of remarketed vehicles
  • Ensure adequate process control over Asset Remarketing to maximize Black Book recovery.
  • Dispose of remarketed vehicles in an expedient manner to reduce average days in inventory.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.



Keys to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-7 years of work experience post college. Sales management experience or Field Remarketing experience preferred. 
  • Proven experience in making strong decisions
  • Must have strong work ethic, high level of integrity, good follow through skills and be self-directed.
  • Knowledge of vehicle types, makes and approximate wholesale value.
  • Valid driver’s license
