  • Review, analyze and build vendor payable reporting for accuracy; team metrics, vendor spend reporting, etc.
  • Continuous review of processes to identify operational opportunities and develop and suggest enhancements
  • Assist with maintenance and testing of internal controls and procedures for the purpose of efficiency and consistency.
  • Continuous review of GL account coding for accuracy.
  • Collaboration with IT counterparts on system implementations and maintenance.
  • Administer continuous training to existing and new team members to ensure consistency in invoice processing.
  • Works in conjunction with the accounting team on monthly invoice accruals.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, specific to Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 2-3 years of Accounts Payable or Accounting Experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience managing a group of 8 to 10 employees
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skill sets
  • Experience communicating with leaders at all levels
  • Microsoft – SQL, Office Suite, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics(DAX) preferred
  • Knowledge of Blackline software preferred
