    We Share Your Drive: At DriveTime, we're committed to providing you with a clearly defined career path that will allow you to go as far as your drive and ambition will take you. As an Inventory operations Team lead, you will be tasked with becoming the link between our inventory aquisition team and our vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient process. 

    Responsibilities

    • Daily communication with the inventory acquisition specialists out in the field and in the office.
    • Responsible for facilitating refunds and credits as well as retrieval of accessories from auctions for non-disclosed information on a vehicle.
    • Responsible for build or wholesale decisions involving vehicles with high repair costs.
    • Ability to research and find cost effective part/labor options for vehicles involving high repair costs.
    • Collaborating with Inspection Center and Fleet Services teams on high recon escalations.
    • Support Remarketing with communication between auctions and dealerships via E-Mail and Phone
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Prior automotive repair and service experience preferred
    • Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills required
    • Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to interact with customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
    • Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and respect at all times and in all situations ensuring compliance with any/all standards, regulations and processes
    • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities/deadlines
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
