    • Utilize Google Analytics and internal data sources to provide visibility into web user behavior as the site evolves
    • Utilize available data sources to identify opportunities to drive website conversion
    • Monitor existing site(s) performance
    • Oversee website experimentation/personalization campaign creation and measurement
    • Integrate with UX team and help manage/oversee user experience across all web properties (i.e. email, chat, text)
    • Support Data Management Platform (DMP) integration into web properties
    • Support PPC/SEM marketing efforts and be able to understand/apply that data to UX and site experience
    • Measure, quantify, and communicate the business impact from user behavior trends/changes

    Technical Skills

    • Experience with MS Excel required
    • Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau) preferred
    • Experience with Google Analytics or web analytics platforms preferred
