    Responsibilities

    • Manage new and ongoing relationships with third-party vendors contracted to support DriveTime retail locations with operations duties, and title audit and perfection processes
    • Research and create General Operations and Title and Registration guides for in-state DriveTime retail locations, Out of State transactions in DriveTime operating states, and DriveTime non-operating states
    • Complete ad-hoc research for Operations-related processes, state guidelines, internal procedure changes, and any other items deemed necessary
    • Develop, organize, and conduct retail training, either in person or via webinar, to roll out new or adjusted processes, or to refresh knowledge of existing processes/guidelines
    • Support DriveTime retail teams with new store openings and relocations

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree Required. Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred. 
    • At least 6 months’ experience in a customer service related field or automotive industry knowledge preferred
    • Problem solver, innovative and self-sufficient
    • Phone etiquette skills
    • Detail oriented with good quality assurance skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Able to set priorities successfully
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
    • Navigate through multiple software windows
    • Data entry experience, minimum 6 months and 40 wpm
    • Able to meet deadlines, strong time management skills
    • Basic Internet research skills
    • Able to simultaneously utilize both speaking and typing skills when verifying information
    • Ability to accommodate short-term travel as necessary
