The Pricing Analyst’s primary responsibility is to optimize company pricing strategy. This includes identifying pricing initiatives, performing analysis, and preparing reporting that will maximize company profit. The Pricing Analyst must work very closely with the IT department to implement pricing changes, and will often collaborate with the various database and development teams. The Pricing Analyst is primarily focused on projects that provide immediate value, improve operational efficiency and increase overall profitability.
