    Responsibilities

    The Field Remarketing Representative professionally represents the sale of vehicles at auctions nationwide and strives to achieve the highest recovery on the liquidation of assets in order to minimize losses.  The Field Remarketing Rep will liquidate $50-60 million in inventory and 15-17 thousand units per year. Field Remarketing Reps will:

    • Work with Auction Representatives and Auction Management to liquidate and maximize the return on repossessed vehicles.
    • Deliver messages in a manner that is effective, honest and motivational.  Communicates well with others and is receptive to others’ viewpoints.  Shares information openly and is considerate of the timing, content and forum.
    • Model and encourage great team behaviors in line with Bridgecrest values; including integrity, respect, fun, inclusion and fairness. Proactively manages conflict for self and team
    • Use all available resources to make good decisions. Know when and how to partner with others when facing a problem.  Action oriented.  Highly accountable for driving execution for self and team.  Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to detail.  Solves problems effectively at the root-cause level
    • Construct compelling development plans and executes them
    • Accurately track vehicles through the auction process
    • Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels
    • Ensures that all repossessed vehicles get to auction
    • Involved in impound evaluations, redemption and abandonment process
    • Obtain title and title documents
    • Set floor prices and schedule sale dates
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree Required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
    • Must be willing to travel.
    • Strong background in decision making and working autonomously.
    • Strong work ethic, high level of integrity, and good follow through skills.
    • Excellent communicator and able to be a team player.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively maintain relationships with all vendors.
    • Able to come up with new and creative initiatives.
