    The Transportation Team at DriveTime has an excellent opportunity and is looking to hire a motivated and committed professional to be a part of the team. 

    Responsibilities

    • Actively manage, develop, and train Logistics Coordinators 
    • Foster an environment of teamwork with an emphasis on partnership building through transparency, recognition and empowerment
    • Provide ongoing development through honest real time feedback and sharing of knowledge
    • Ensure the team is engaging with and providing support for business partners at all levels
    • Meet departmental service levels and ensure ongoing support for all internal and external partners for everyday tasks while providing quick escalation resolution
    • Exhibit sound logic and problem solving skills in day to day tasks
    • Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email with all levels of personnel
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School Degree required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Acts in a professional and courteous manner
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency while being proactive
    • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills
    • Phone etiquette skills
    • Detail oriented with good quality assurance skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
    • Self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
    • Fosters collaboration and exhibits teamwork
    • Able and willing to adapt to change
    • An aptitude for critical thinking to efficiently resolve logistical challenges
    • Able to work overtime as needed to complete the job
