    Join Bridgecrest as a Manager Trainee! We are seeking driven, talented, and hardworking individuals to become Team Managers for our Bridgecrest Loan Servicing teams.

     

    Our program provides hands on training in: Leadership, Customer Service, Operations, Loan Servicing, Account Management, Escalations, and most importantly: People Management!

    This position is located at our Operations Call Center in the DFW area, conveniently located south of the DFW airport, in between Euless & Irving. 

     

    Responsibilities

    The Manager in Training is a 6 month training program where the end goal is for the candidate to become a Collections Manager at the end of the training program. They start off in training with loan advisors, learning the role and eventually moving on to training with Collections Managers where they will learn to manage and eventually take over their own team.

     

    After you have graduated the Management in Training program, you can expect to do the following:

    • Lead a group of 15-20 Loan Advisors
    • Provide ongoing coaching & development to teammates
    • Provide daily goals and strategy to maximize long-term success
    • Administer continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service
    • Provide proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance that results in a method consistent with Bridgecrest’s vision and values

    Qualifications

    • To be successful in this role, we require the following:

      • Bachelor's Degree required
      • Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills required
      • Receptive to feedback
      • Ability to interact and work cooperatively with customers, managers, and co-workers and other involved parties in a professional, courteous manner
      • Must be self-motivated and love to solve problems!
      • Computer and Microsoft Office savvy
      • Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays
